A colleague working in horticulture; her employer wishes to reduce her salary.
Reason he gives:
Employer says he is stressed with the workload and when he employed her, thought she could take on the work load.

She did 150 hrs overtime prior to this conversation and asked for toil as per her contract.
Toil : time off in lieu
Employer was not happy with her taking toil.
She has a v large workload and is doing job of 3 people.
Employer seems to be hoping she will do overtime without claiming toil.
She was doing 24hr shifts, in adverse working conditions with no health and safety working long hours alone and having to buy work equipment.

Part of her contract was an extra amount towards housing.
She has just renewed her house contract for 12 months.
With a drop in salary she will struggle.
Added to which jobs are scarce in her area.

She relocated for this job.

Any solutions?
