Centrelink medical certificates legal documents?
In my opinion, Centrelink Medical Certificates are not legal documents but can be tendered as evidence to prove that you were sick to establish the fact.
The problem with the term "legal document" is that it suggests that there are some documents that are not.
Pretty much any document can potentially be used in a proceeding as some form of evidence.
