Hi, I was wondering if you could give me some legal advice on contract law. I recently went to buy a car on finance, and I had to get it insured, but I'm a learner driver and it was all too expensive after I added up everything. So today I told them I want to pull out. They said I will have to pay 15% of the car because I signed a contract, but I was told I was getting 1 year's unlimited kilometre warranty and signed a piece of paper saying no warranty. Could I use this and say it's their breach of contract under Australian Consumer Law? Or will I have to pay it?

Thanks.

Why are they saying that you need to pay 15% of the contract to terminate? Which contract did you sign?
