Postal address is different to residential address on ViC database. Letter deeemed abandoned should the mail be posted to which address if police go by Vic road database

I only update postal address to ensure all mail from Vic rd And Victoria police get posted to the postal address as on Vic Rd database. But police argue that all they see is only one address which is residential address

I never recieved the letter car deemed abandoned to my postal address as on Vic rd database. I had a letter from Vic rd and department of transport confirming that. But police say they can only see residential address only .police who impounded my car he won’t even look at the document I sent him how goes let the judge decide 6 April 2021
