My Colleague was reversing from is parking spot in a utility. He was hit by a small car (difficult to see). There was little damage to the Utility but the Other Driver's car insurance is demanding $1822 for repairs.
A witness provided a statement for the car accident and contact phone number saying the small car driver was speeding through the car park and made no attempt to stop. My colleague's insurers are say his duty of care is greater and want him to claim.
