Can I trace a previous Will?
my father told me I was named as the the Executor of his Will. I did not receive a copy.
I was not asked to sign anything.
I now have a rival sibling who tells me he has organised a new Will for our father naming him as Executor.
would that original Will have been legal?
Is there a way I can find a copy of that previous Will? would it be registered somewhere?
(it is not a simple matter to ask my 91 yr old father. he is in early dementia)
