Can a hospital be sued if they didn’t treat a pregnant woman for an infection (group b streppaccocus) that was found at 34 weeks into her pregnancy, that could be treated with antibiotics while pregnant, if not treated the baby would have a 1 in 10 chance of dying in the first week of being alive but is now 2.5 months old and fine, but when born she was purple and wasn’t breathing and had to be resuscitated, plus currently has swollen lymph nodes that can be a sign of internal problems? Hospital admitted mistake!
