Hi, I have placed a deposit on a horse on the weekend from a girl who claims to be selling her horse her parents have bought her, she is 16 years old. I have since found out she is part of a group that works as dealers. Will I have any legal come back if something goes wrong considering she is a minor? Should I request a receipt from the guy that seemed to be hanging around when we had a trial ride? I am getting the horse vet checked.
