TAS Birth certificate question

If a judge declares in court that a person is a parent ,through a paternity test, what is the process after this , does the parent have to sighn and ammend the birth certificate or is a declaration enough

Declaration is enough.... IF the intention of not signing is to avoid child support? it won't work...
