Hi there broken down very simply . My mums passed away and the inheritance is sitting in the bank account " estate of the late .. "
The deed and documents have been given to all 3 beneficiaries .
1 beneficiary is only contactable by email. He has not retuned the signed copy of the deed .
From what I have been told I cannot obtain my 3rd of the inheritance , until there is the remaining signature.
Is this correct please? If not any advice would be appreciated . Thankyou
