If an AVO states that the defendant may not live at the same address as the protected person, does this still mean the defendant can visit? Is the defendant allowed to sleepover one night a week or is this considered living together?

The AVO was taken out by police and the protected person needs to wait until court to ask for it to be removed.

It depends what the actual order states. If he says s/he can't go near your property, then s/he can't visit.
