Ok, makes sense in hindsight.
However my original intention was to get the customer to see its worth and negotiate in person. Every time I've said no previously was because others offered too low. So with this one I thought I'd get them to inspect in person and pick-up if they gave me an offer I could accept.
However it seems by replying pick-up date and time, by your opinion, an inferred agreement had been reached.
