Spotlight are offering a big cupcake tin for $15 online, but it is $70 in the shop. Can I use the internet advert to make them charge me the online price for the item under Australian Consumer Law?

Cheers

Hi Adam, no. It is legal for stores to attach certain terms to certain prices or deals. The condition of purchasing that product at that price is that you have to purchase it online. Perfectly legal.
