    There was a hidden reserve price in an online auction. Is it legal under Australian Consumer Law? It wasn't displayed during auction. Only mentioned in global terms and conditions on website.

    Not 100%, but fairly sure, it is legal in a general sense.

    The merchant's behaviour around the auction may contravene the ACL but much will depend on the facts of each circumstance.
