I have been named as a beneficiary of my former employers estate. I have been gifted the truck and trailers I normally drove for him. The executor is also a beneficiary. He has been left a share of the company. The truck is being used and driven alot more than it use to be and they are saying it will be another 4 months before the will is finalised. Is there any way i can prevent the truck being used as it is generating income for the company and ultimately the e2 executors
