A. If a person and a family member was assaulted on an earlier date.
B. Then they seem the person who assaulted him a couple of days later and threatened them if you assault the family member again they will assault/hurt them. (Victims anger)
C. And then a group of people later that night dragged the person off the property and assaulted them, breaking a bone, would the person have rights to a personal injury claim, or would B. be grounds for no claim.
