Ok so here's the scenario. Court proceeding in Magistrates court gets adjourned because party to proceeding is getting treated for depression. The matter to going be scheduled early next year, date to be confirmed soon. Now he is worried it'll be smack bang in the middle of when he is overseas. (trip already had been booked and paid for months ago). Said person has no legal representation. Might be jumping the gun, but if court happens to be scheduled while overseas, what does he do?
