Access to Ex's Updated Financial Record for Property Settlement?

My ex wife claims she is poor and haven't finished settlement and would like to know her updated financial disclosure. She makes 78k and I'm wondering about the process of spousal maintenance as she has domestically abuse me financially and mentally.

I left with just the clothes on my back and gave her everything but she will not sign a fair and amicable property settlement. I just want to see her up to date financial report as I have already given all my documents to her lawyer.
