Hi All,
The situation below never happened, but the logic is similar to what I'm facing now. So, what is the answer?
Let’s say you've been servicing your car at the same auto shop for quite a few years and have been quite happy with the results.
During one of the services your mechanic suggests changing the engine, promising that the new one will double your speed.
You say that you are happy with your current speed, but the mechanic insists to try it for a months.
Well, you agree...
In a month time, you find that you have spend $4,000 on petrol comparing with $1,000 that you have been spending for years while the speed of the car hasn’t improved at all.
You are $3,000 out of pocket. Who’s responsible for it?
Thank you in advance.
