My mother has a will, which indicates the estate will be divided equally between my brother and I. I assume this is a fairly standard, basic arrangement.
My question is this : if my mother and brother conspire behind my back to rewrite the current will or draft a new one which excludes me altogether, is there a legal requirement for someone (their lawyer, government etc.) to inform me that this change is occurring ?
