Gday people, Currently 8 days in arrears in a commercial property, It is a month to month and wont have the funds to pay the rent till Saturday, Monday at the latest which will put me 10 to 12 days in arrears. The Land lord is threatening to cut my padlocks off tonight and lock me out. Is she allowedto lock me out being only 8 days in arrears?

If it is a retail lease then no. Retail leases act has allot of protections with it. If it is a commercial lease then the landlord probably can do that, and and harvest one of your kidneys, and take your first borne child as well! (if its in the lease agreement).
