Drink driving waiting court notice

hi all,

I am a permanent resident from SA and was caught drink driving in a road block last Friday. I am in cat 2 which is 0.095. My license is disqualified and car is suspended.

but I am wondering can I leave Australia for a trip to hk which the flight was booked during the waiting period of court notice.

Unless you have bail conditions not to leave Australia then you can leave.
