Can someone please tell me which form I should use to apply for urgent spousal maintenance prior to agreeing to a property settlement? My ex has cleared out funds and refuses to pay the mortgage but will not provide complete disclosure either so property settlement could take some time.

The form you are looking for is a form 1 http://www.familycourt.wa.gov.au/_files/June2012/Form1_Web_July2012.pdf to commence proceedings and it will need to be supported by a form 13 (financial statement) http://www.familycourt.wa.gov.au/_files/Form13.pdf and an affidavit http://www.familycourt.wa.gov.au/_files/Affidavit.pdf to support your claim for spousal maintenance

I am in need of the same application forms as Becboo, however, the case is in the Sydney area. Is there a similar link that you can direct me to where I could find these same urgent spousal maintenance application forms needed that are for the courts in Sydney?
