Does anyone know about the Revenge P-rnography Law in Victoria? I read that it's a criminal law now and that you could get 2 or 3 years jail.

If so, my question is this:

What if the person was not a partner but a s-x worker? Say you paid a prostitute who has consented to the video being taken.

Does this law still apply?

And what differences could there be if the prostitute was working legally or illegally?

That law doesn't, but another one does. Still illegal in Victoria.

None, still illegal. Up to 2 years jail and or fine.

Garion Hall was fined $6,000 in 2010/2011 for doing what you propose to do. He may have gotten off lightly.
