WA Would a divorce affect a PR visa I got as a dependent applicant?

I came to Australia just under a year ago. I got Permanent Residency (PR) through my wife. We have a court marriage from our country which is just over 2 years old. We have a 6 weeks old daughter together.

If we got divorced, would it affect my PR...?

6 weeks old daughter?? Wow, someones in a hurry..... Ok puts new meaning to the phrase 'wham bang thank you mam'

I suppose it depends on how vengeful would your wife be? And make some claim that you conned her just to get in the country? Then you would probably be in trouble.
