NSW Workers Licence for 16-Year-Old Under Employment Law?

I'm 16 years old and was wondering if, under Employment Law, I could get some sort of workers licence or anything like that?

Are you talking about a drivers licence (the minimum age in NSW to obtain a driver licence is 16) or some sort of licence to show that you are under full time employment?
