Hi all,

Just want to know if I have a pending charge for shoplifting, and have an upcoming court for mentioning. Does it show up on my national police check right now for the employer if I request for one?

The price of peace of mind is between $50 and $100.
Do one of those online checks... on yourself.

It would show up as "pending". Once the case is determined then this would change depending on outcome. Diversions don't show up on police checks but any other finding of guilt does.
