In 2009 I was convicted of 'lodging false claims' (thru medicare) and received a 6 month suspended sentence and an 18 month good behaviour bond. A job is wanting to do a criminal check on me. Will this show up? Ive been told if there was no jail time then it wont show up...

If you were convicted I'd be inclined to say that it will show up.

As you have received a 6 month suspended sentence, that means that you are convicted and that it will show.
