Hello,

I am a 15-year-old (16 this November) who has bought a horse (can provide proof of purchase through bank records and am able to also get further proof of purchase) and am facing some family troubles. I am concerned what may happen to this horse should I have to leave my house as I will not be able to take it with me.

Should it be sold, leased, given away, or killed, am I able to successfully sue my parent/guardian under property law?

They paid for saddle/ rugs that came with the horse.

What sort of family troubles are you referring to? What do you think you would be able to sue your parent or guardian for? Are you expecting them to sell your horse or take it from you?
