Hello, This is a very long story, however I will keep it short. I am wanting to know, whom to contact if Child Safety Queensland are not performing under their duty of care. They are guardians of a young disables person, who is non verbal and they say with a mental capacity of a 3-4 yr old. They have placed the teenager in care. Both the care facility ( the past 3 in fact) have not been following their duty of care, with child safety being very aware, however they take no action. The child has been placed in many very dangerous situations, police and ambulance have been called over 30 times. The police and myself have reported this, however it just goes back to child safety, whom appear to ignore it. I am not related to this child in anyway, we are simply citizens that have first hand witnessed the neglect. Any help would be appreciated.
