What is the maximum penalty for criminal defamation in Victoria? Can you please share any relevant reference of the defamation victoria act?

Thanks Rod. Can you please share any reference material that shows 10 years penalty? All the other states have max 3 years and I read it somewhere for victoria it is around 2 years but wanted to cross check
