Hi,

Interested to see if I have any redress under the Consumer Law.

On Saturday, I purchased a camera online from a major retailer. The order went through, payment was taken from my credit card and I received an order confirmation with delivery details.

They've even started spamming me with related items for sale

Today, I received an email stating that the price on the item was incorrect. The order was cancelled and they would process a refund.

Now I know that they can refuse to sell something at an advertised price if the advert was in error. But here, they'd taken my money and provided written confirmation of the order. Isn't that a contract?

Thanks for you help
