Using recognised brand in your product ingredients

    I am manufacturing a food product and wanted to know if I can use a recognised brand as part of my flavour, both as an ingredient and as the name of the product? For example "Chocolate and Baileys" ice cream or "Strawberry and Pimms" jam.
