Hi there,
I have recently resigned from my position as a project/sales consultant. My remuneration package has been a basic wage plus commission. The commissions are paid in two stages, the first is 8% of 10% gross profit paid on sale and the final 2% of 10% is to be paid at the completion of the project.
My question is: am I entitled to have the final 2% paid out with my resignation or do I have to forefit it to the company?

Without any in writing to the contrary, you would be entitled to the commissions. Check your contract.
