I recently was due to attend a callover hearing regarding my case under Family Law Court, however as the date approached i received an email from the judge's assistant saying they had to adjourn for early next year...problem is that i will be overseas on that date.
I then replied to the email from the assistant explaining my situation and soon got a reply saying i must write to other party and go from there..?
Does anyone know the best way forward from here?
