WA Teenage Entitlement to Super

My son started Work in a Glass Factory in Canningvale he was 19 y.o..he worked Full time for this Employer for Three Years for the whole of Year 2015 he recieved Nothing,2016 Nothing 2017 he recieved $400 he was dismissed in Late Febuary of 2017.Was he entitiled to Super for the Whole year of 2015 2016 ????
