Hi.

I submitted trial paperwork about 2 months ago and now have a callover date for trial in 3 months' time. I am in WA and this is a family court matter.

I would like to add further evidence to my trial affidavit, including witnesses and their affidavits. Is the correct process to file a supplementary affidavit with this information?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Update:

I filed a supplementary affidavit and it was accepted by the court and entered into evidence. I did not have to ask for leave to file.

The next court date is for callover and I have now filed all required paperwork with the exception of the papers for the judicial officer. The other party has not filed anything, which is pretty much what I have dealt with for the past 3 years. I am self represented btw.
