WA Shed quote being reneged

I have a written quote for the supply of a shed. The company now say they can not do it for that price. It is clearly a mistake but the owner of the business sent it to me and they said I would be very happy with the price. Is the quote legally binding?

Hard to say without seeing the T&Cs that might be attached to it,
but it's unlikely - because a quote is not in itself a contract.
