Hi, I am leasing out a service station which has been leased for over a year, to the same people . We have been negotiating a commercial lease but none is in place as yet. I need to know who is responsible for the maintenance of the Driveway and Septic system in this case. As it is the customers of the service station that use both these facilities, I am not sure who is responsible. The tennant has done some work on the Driveway and have sent me the bill. Thank you.

    Hi Julie,

It should be the owner of the property/land. Are you the owner or do you know who that is?
