6 months ago 2 x mobiles were seized from my property. I was video interviewed but not arrrrested. Then 3 weeks later I was charged with a crime.I did not go to court as charges did not go ahead , and bail was lifted.. I have tried contacting the investigating officer to get my phones back but he refuses to reply. How long can they keep my phones? and how can i get them back.?Thank you
