I was found guilty, but without proceeding to conviction, are directed to enter into a Conditional Release Order for 9 months pursuant to Section 9(1)(b) of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999. GBB was completed without any other offence.
Questions:
1- I applied for citizenship recently, will it affect my citizenship?
1- Will it appear on AFP?

Please advise

The price of peace of mind is about a hundred dollars.
Do one of those online checks... on yourself.

Understand also that in "immigration think",
it can be better to disclose a matter,
even if they end up saying
"Oh, no, we don't mind about that..."
than to say nothing and pretend that you're a cleanskin.
