I'm going for a police check for my new job. I got let go from my last job due to misconduct and I was wondering if no police report was filed will I pass the police check or will it come up in the check I'm about to get for my new job?
As long as the misconduct was dealt with internally at your last job and didn't result in any criminal charges/convictions before the courts, you should be fine.
