Hi All,
Recently bought a boat and got pinged by my body corp for parking it on my driveway. I checked the Body Corporation rules and it states:
"any caravans, trailers, boats or any mobile machinery unless they are housed or contained wholly within a garage on a Lot or to the rear of the lot must not park or allow to be parked on a Lot or any road or any other land in the vicinity of a Lot;"
I am trying to find out if this is enforceable and if so how can i request an exemption or removal of the clause from the rules, as I cant fit the boat at the back of the house (small land area and no space) and my garage is being used as a workshop (so no space to park).
thanks for your responses and help.
