If there is written agreement between the parents in an online format, but not handwriting or hand signed, is it considered an agreement by the courts or a parenting plan or is it dismissed completely as not being anything much at all?

If it can be established that the terms of the document were agreed to by both parties it will go toward proving what you both intended at that point in time, but that's about it. It won't be enforceable.

As above.

To add, while not enforceable, if there is a parenting plan and an application is made to the court for parenting orders, the court, while not bound, must consider the terms of the parenting plan when making the orders.

Should a matter return to court after parenting orders have been made, a current parenting plan can also be relied upon where there is any inconsistency between the plan and the orders.
