My wife and I are drafting a settlement, she owns half her deceased parents' house in Italy. I dont know how much it's worth, apparently its in a state of disrepair.
Would/should this be included as an asset when calculating a settlement?

Yes, it should be included as an asset. If you both disagree on its value then you may need to have it properly valued.
