Hi, can you tell me if it is legal for main roads to resume land when they had the option to build a wall but they deem that to be to expensive so they resumed my land because it was much cheaper and they would save a lot of money

You can try to lodge an objection to the resumption of your land on these grounds, but I am not sure that what you are arguing would pass as a valid objection, or whether you would even be able to prove your allegations.

I can prove that Main Roads took the cheaper option as they happen to send the paper to me saying that to build a wall would be to expensive
