Bit of a complicated situation so bear with me.
I work for a large franchise and have so for 11 years.
Each franchisee have their own business name and ABN but all franchise stores are trading under the franchise name and pay royalties, advertising, etc to the head company.
Over the duration of my 11 years of employment, since 2009, with this company I have been at the same franchise but it has been sold once in 2014 and then taken over by the head company earlier this year.
So currently I am employed by the head company but still working at the same store I have for the past 11 years.
Am I entitled to long-service leave through my current employer?
