Legality of Sleeping Arrangements for Children?

Is it illegal under family law for children of opposite sex to share the same room? We have a 15 year old son and am wondering if his 4 year old step-sister can sleep in the same room as him. She does not live with us permanently, we have her 2 nights a month and half of the school holidays.

There is no legislation regarding this, but if there are parenting/consent orders in place, just make sure there's nothing in there about the child needing her own room.
