Hello,

I work at a hotel but I was hired by a 3rd party company. I am now being offered a job by the hotel themselves but my employment contract has a clause that states:

"I agree that during the Employment and for a period of 6 months after termination of the Employment you will notify XXX prior to seeking or accepting an offer of direct employement from any Hotel, to whom you were introduced by XXX."

I can't find any clause in the contract stipulating the conditions of breaking it. Which legal proceedings could I face if I decided to take on this job?

Thanks in advance.

Based on the clause above, none as long as you give prior notice.
