When I was researching cases to use in a council argument to not allow a building development directly behind us. I came across a case ( I Think) where the courts ruled the building in subject could not be built as the person who wanted it as it was blocking neighbours views and even though there were solutions presented to the person building that would have minimal impact on his submission and massive impact on the surrounding neighbours, the person wanting to build would no change anything. The case referred to the fact that the person would not cooperate with the neighbours just on the grounds that he was a bully and could do it. The situation we have here is very similar but I cannot find the case again to use in our argument with council (Hastings). Are you able to find the case?
